1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a course through https://goldcoastacademy.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other relevant site policies. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Course Access

• Upon full payment, you will receive access to the course content for the period specified on the course page.
• Access is granted only to the registered user and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.
• We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are breached.

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the course for personal learning purposes only.
• Not share, copy, distribute, or reproduce course materials without our written consent.
• Not engage in cheating, including using another person’s work or misrepresenting your identity.
• Use respectful, non-abusive language and behavior when interacting with staff, instructors, or other students.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including images, videos, PDFs, quizzes, and downloadable content, remain the intellectual property of The Gold Coast Academy Pty. Ltd. or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you beyond a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use.

5. Payments

• Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms such as PayPal, Stripe, or WooCommerce Payments.
• All prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to GST unless otherwise noted.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

In line with Australian Consumer Law, we offer refunds in limited circumstances. A refund may be issued if:

• It is requested within 7 days of purchase, and
• The course content has not been accessed, and
• No certificate or statement of attainment has been issued.

We do not offer refunds if you:

• Change your mind
• Enrol by mistake
• Find a similar course elsewhere

7. Certificates and Completion

• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements.
• Gold Coast Academy reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of suspected misconduct.

8. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you meet the technical requirements to access the course, including:

• A modern, updated web browser
• Enabled JavaScript
• A reliable internet connection

9. Course Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue any course content at any time for improvement or compliance purposes. Access to discontinued courses will be managed in a way that protects enrolled students’ rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Gold Coast Academy Pty. Ltd. is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Technical issues that result from your device or internet connection
• Delays or interruptions in service delivery outside our control

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account if you breach these Terms. If your account is terminated for misconduct, you will not be entitled to a refund.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that state.
